Overview
The TOPDON RLink is a J2534 pass-thru device that lets you flash ECU calibrations and reprogram modules using OEM manufacturer software on supported GM, Ford, and Stellantis platforms.

- Enhanced diagnostics alongside flash capability
- High-speed USB connection to PC
Typical Reprogramming Tasks

How J2534 Pass-Thru Works
Connect TopVCI J2534 between your Windows laptop and the vehicle OBD2 port. Launch OEM software (GM GDS2, Ford FDRS, Stellantis wiTECH, etc.), authenticate with your manufacturer subscription, and follow on-screen flash procedures. Maintain stable battery voltage with a maintainer during programming.
Requirements
Vehicle and module support depends on OEM software license and model year. Not a standalone scanner — requires PC and manufacturer subscription.
Who Should Buy This
Shops and technicians performing OEM module flashing, PCM replacement, and dealer-level updates.
